1. Spanish Courses, Workshops, and Online Lessons

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our Spanish courses, workshops, and online lessons. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

Courses

Refund and cancellation policies for courses may vary and will be specified in the course description. Generally, you have 15 days from the course start date to withdraw and receive a refund.

Workshops

If you cancel your enrollment in a workshop up to 7 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date.

Online Lessons

For online lessons, if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule the lesson. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson will be considered delivered, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. 

2. Digital Materials and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns for digital materials and downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.

3. Merchandise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, please note that all sales of merchandise are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any merchandise items. We do not make exchanges for mistakes in color or size. The only case for a refund or return is if the product is broken or has a defect. If you experience any issues with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve any problems you may have.

How to Request a Refund
